This includes your name, email address, brokerage name, market region, and listing volume. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, device type, referrer) through privacy-respecting analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to process partnership applications, communicate about our services, send marketing insights you've opted into, improve our platform, and provide support. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers essential to our operations: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database infrastructure), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II compliant platforms. Access to partner data is restricted to authorized FurnishOS team members on a need-to-know basis.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting partners@furnishos.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you're in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA.
