1. Information We Collect
We collect what you type into our forms: your name, your email address, your company name, and any website, social account or listing link you choose to give us. If you subscribe to our emails we keep your email address. We also collect standard analytics data such as page views, device type and referrer.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use it to prepare your 3-post preview, to reply to you, to send emails you have opted into, and to support you if you become a client. We never sell your personal data to anyone.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers essential to our operations: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database infrastructure), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II compliant platforms. Access to partner data is restricted to authorized FurnishOS team members on a need-to-know basis.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting partners@furnishos.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you're in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies only with your consent. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to active partners. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
