Virtual staging
An empty room furnished digitally so a buyer can read its scale. The walls, windows, floor and light stay exactly as photographed. Only furniture is added, and every image says so wherever it is used.

Where we draw the line
How we handle an edited photo.
Some of the work above changes what a photograph shows. That is only acceptable if the viewer is told, so these four rules apply to every image we produce.
- 01We never add a feature a property does not have.
- 02Digitally added furniture is labelled wherever the image is used.
- 03A visualisation of something not yet built is marked as a concept.
- 04The original photograph is always kept alongside the edited one.
