Terms of Service

1. Services
FurnishOS provides AI-powered visual content generation and social media management services to real estate brokerages ("Partners"). Services are delivered under monthly or annual subscription agreements at the tier selected during onboarding.
2. Partnership Agreement
By subscribing, you enter a service agreement with FurnishOS, Inc. The initial engagement term is 90 days. After the initial term, the agreement renews on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with 30 days written notice.
3. Content Ownership
All AI-generated assets (staged images, videos, panoramas, floor plans) created for your listings become your property upon delivery. FurnishOS retains the right to use anonymized examples in case studies and marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.
4. Usage Rights
You may use delivered assets for MLS listings, social media, print marketing, and your brokerage website. Resale of raw AI assets to competing brokerages or third-party staging companies is prohibited.
5. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe. Monthly plans are billed on the first of each month. Annual plans are billed at the start of the 12-month period. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
6. Service Level Agreement
Standard asset turnaround is 24 hours from submission. Cinematic video rendering may take up to 48 hours. We target 99.5% platform uptime. Prolonged outages exceeding 24 hours will be credited proportionally.
7. Limitation of Liability
FurnishOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may require manual review before publication.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice after the initial 90-day term. Upon termination, you retain all previously delivered assets. Portal access is revoked 7 days after the final billing period.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, TX.
