Terms of Service

These terms cover our monthly content service. Where they and the written scope we agree with you differ, the written scope wins. If anything here is unclear before you commit, ask us and we will put the answer in writing.
1. What the service is
FurnishOS produces social media content for real estate businesses. The monthly content service covers twelve distinct content pieces per calendar month, designed to your brand, with a caption for each piece and a human review before anything is published. Publishing to your agreed Facebook and Instagram accounts is included once you have connected access. Community management, replying to messages and comments, paid advertising and ad budget are not included.
2. The preview
Before you buy anything, we produce three content pieces for your business so you can judge the work. The preview is not a month of service, free or otherwise. If you decide not to continue after the preview, you owe nothing and no agreement comes into effect.
3. Price and renewal
The first month is $249, payable after you have seen the preview and told us to go ahead. There is no minimum term and nothing renews automatically. The price for any month after the first is confirmed with you in writing before that month begins. We will never charge you for a month you have not agreed to.
4. Scope
Before the month starts we confirm in writing what is included: the number of pieces, the platforms, how changes are handled and the limits on image enhancement. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately and only produced once you have agreed to it.
5. Approval before publishing
Nothing is published to your accounts without your approval. If you would rather publish yourself, we hand over the finished content ready to post. You can withdraw access to your accounts at any time.
6. Content ownership
The content we produce for your business is yours once it is delivered. We do not display your content, your name or your logo anywhere, including on this website and in our own marketing, without your written permission.
7. Images and honesty
Where an image has been altered we say so. Digitally added furniture is labelled wherever the image is used, a visualisation of something that does not exist yet is marked as a concept, and we do not add features a property does not have. If you ask us to publish something that misrepresents a property, we will decline.
8. Usage rights
You may use delivered content for your listings, your social accounts, your website and your print marketing. Reselling the raw files to another agency or content company is not permitted.
9. What we do not promise
We commit to the service described in your written scope. We do not promise sales, leads, enquiries, followers, engagement or any other market outcome, because those depend on your listings, your prices and your market rather than on the content alone.
10. Ending the agreement
Either side can stop at the end of any paid month, with no notice period and no exit fee. You keep everything already delivered.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the content. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding three months.
12. Governing law and contact
